“Quiet, peaceful, central cottage” Loved this cottage & felt at home, almost as soon as we got in the door. Really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owner leaving fresh milk, tea, coffee & snacks. It has everything you need, beds are comfy & though in a quiet street, you’re close to the town, supermarket & public transport. I adored the shower room with the underfloor heating & my sister continually laughed, as she thought I had moved into the room. Arranging the visit was straightforward & fine. Would recommend this cottage to anyone.

“Fantastic apartment” I have just enjoyed a 3 night stay at this fantastic apartment. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, the location was perfect as I was walking distance to everything in Ilkley. The flat itself was clean, beautifully presented, it was equipped with everything you would need, the bed was comfy, it was quiet and the views from the front room were great. I would not hesitate in staying again and will definitely be recommending it to anyone I know visiting Ilkley.

“Great place to stay” Old chapel school house was the perfect place to stay. It was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, spacious and light - with everything we could possibly need. Shirley was really welcoming and thoughtful. Good location, nice views across the valley, lovely and peaceful. Would definitely recommend it.

“Perfect” Loved the cottage could of stayed longer.stayed for 3 nights with our 2 dogs they loved it the area is lovely and quiet . Would recommend this place to couples looking for a break from it all.john was very helpful never got to meet him but he was in touch making sure everything was good.i would say that I did worry about the cream carpets getting dirty maybe a plastic runner would be good or wooden flooring in dinning and backdoor area . Thanks again will be back Lynn and Michael. .

“Charming, cosy and comfortable cottage with great views” We were so pleased when we turned up at Rose Cottage. It was so charming, warm and cosy, with many original features. It was very well equipped and warm - plus a great shower, comfortable bed and good heating. The area was pretty and close to Ilkley, where we did our shopping. Also easy access to the Yorkshire Dales, seeing as it was based on the edge of the dales. The weather was reasonable, but tv was there for lazy evenings. Altogether a relaxing and comfortable stay.
