“40th birthday weekend” Excellent well equipped lodge with beautiful views. Banners had been put up and owner met us on arrival. Friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and will hopefully be returning.

“2 Duck Lagoon” Lovely lodge owned by Kim, very cozy, lovely view over the lake. Nice and peaceful side of the park. Would definitely go again. Kim was lovely, very helpful, providing info about the park and local area.

“"Perfection"” This is an excellent example of a log cabin! I had seen the pictures before we booked and was still suprised how grand and beautiful it was inside and out. There was 6 of us staying and the lodge still seemed big with us in it! It was lovely being able to sit outside and watch the ducks on the private jetty or chill out in the hot tub. We were late in arriving due to an accident and a couple got lost on the way. Gill was lovely helping us out with directions etc. This cabin is finished to an excellent standard and clearly has some lovely owners. We enjoyed our weekend so much we are thinking of booking up for summer!! Thank you!

“Lovely weekend away” Myself and 5 other friends came here for a girlie weekend. The lodge is beautiful and spotless inside. Lots of things included like tea, coffee, and toilet roll etc which is so handy. The hot tub was lovely and clean and big enough to fit all 6 of us in. Unfortunately 1 half of the hot tubs jets weren’t working but we kept swapping round so it was ok. The only negative was that we didn’t have any water for 6 hours on the Sunday morning due to (we presume) frozen pipes. While the weather can’t be helped, it was frustrating and an inconvenience not to be able to have a drink or flush the toilets. The owner was helpful on the phone but she couldnt help in person and reception were not answering the phone. No one came to check on us or to offer us any bottled water. As a result of that the owner was very kind and offered for us to extend our stay past the check out time which we definitely took advantage of! Apart from those couple problems, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. In fact we might just do that! Thankyou xx

“Weekend away” We had a great weekend away at avocet lodge it was nice and clean and homely. Hot tub and fishing was great. We was lucky with the weather also!

“Fantastic break, excellent lodge with lovely views” Cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay in the lodge. Edwin really has thought of everything and it feels so homely. The hot tub and the views at night on the lake were stunning. There was so much to do on site but then also nice to chill at the lodge and enjoy the hot tub. Really made my husbands birthday bring there drinking prosecco whilst being in hot tub, kids thought it was amazing and loved hand feeding the swans in the morning. Just cannot fault the lodge at all, it is just lovely. Edwin was great and sent us all the information on the site before our visit which was so helpful, thank you Edwin and we hope to return again soon :-)

“Lovely lodge” We stayed in Looby Lodge for 3 nights over a weekend in July. The lodge is like a home from home, spacious and spotless. The location is great, situated on one of the smaller lakes, and a short walk to the main facilities. The hot tub is an added bonus. We arrived to lots of beautiful welcome gifts for both ourselves and the kids, aswell as lots of information for places to eat out, and places of interest around Tattershall.
