“Lovely relaxing break in this beautiful cottage” The owner was there to meet us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable, the main living room and bathroom were very tastefully decorated with lots of attention to detail. The bedroom had a huge comfortable bed, antique double wardrobe and tall boy sideboard, cast iron fire place and sash window overlooking a lovely garden and paddocks with grazing horses & ponies. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want and more, fridge with freezer compartment, dish washer, washing machine all cups and glasses on shelves so we had no trouble finding anything, again very tasteful and modern although in keeping with the cottage theme. The whole cottage had a very relaxed and comfortable feel to it. We wanted a nice quiet break and this cottage turned out to be exactly what we wanted so much so that we are going to book again for next year and possibly later on this year for a short break.

“Wonderful return visit” Great to come back to the Manor House, such a great venue for a large family vacation. The two living rooms provide space for everyone, the wifi is good enough for our voracious needs and the outside golf course and tennis court stop us from vegetating too much. Emma does a marvellous job on house keeping- despite the size , the property is immaculate. All the little touches like enough loo roll for the week and an extremely large bottle of prosecco make this house so special. The only downside is that this place is so good that it's spoilt us for other property rentals which are not as spacious, don't have the same amenities and just aren't as good.
