"A Lttle GEM"
My wife and I had two periods here in September 2013. Ideal if you are a couple (only single bedroom), but a really nice place to stay with everything you need. Sandra was very helpful both during the booking process, prior to our arrival from Western Australia, and after arrival. We were back in England again in April 2014, at short notice, and would have loved to stay here again, but not available at that time.

"Peaceful and very comfortable"
Quietly situated in the grounds of the owners' house, the accommodation is very pleasant and comfortable and tastefully modernised. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras.

"Beautifully furnished and comfortable cottage in an ideal location."
We were made to feel very welcome with a fresh crusty loaf and a supply of tea and coffee etc. a nice touch on arrival. The cottage was well presented and of a very high standard throughout with a large comfortable bed. A pleasant outdoor eating area on the lawn was made full use of. Location was ideal for exploring the area with easy, traffic free access to Chichester and a nearby station for visits to Brighton or Portsmouth. Emsworth is only a couple of miles down the road and there are some interesting walks around the harbour fom here. A most enjoyable stay and would happily stay again if in the area.
