This semi-detached cottage is situated in the village of St. Johns Town of Dalry near New Galloway and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Edge Hill is a semi-detached cottage resting near the village of New Galloway in Dumfries and Galloway. Hosting one double bedroom, and a shower room, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with a woodburner. To the outside is off road parking for one car, and a gravelled garden to the rear with furniture. Situated in a pleasant setting with much to admire nearby, Edge Hill is a lovely cottage in a delightful part of Scotland. Note: bedroom is very narrow; may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Property does not have a charging point for Electric Vehicles; charging from within the property is prohibited; Electric Vehicle charging is available in the village car park. Please note: Short breaks must begin on a Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday.

Amenities: Electric heaters in all rooms. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Smart TV with FreeSat and integral DVD player, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent.

Iron, Ironing board and hairdryer at the property. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed graveled garden to the rear. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking or use of vape pens. Shop and pub 7 mins walk. There is also a 24 hours petrol station in the village.

Property does not have a charging point for Electric Vehicles; charging from within the property is prohibited; Electric Vehicle charging is available in the village car park.

Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britains best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Town: The village of St. Johns Town of Dalry is home to two pubs offering meals, and a general store. The nearby towns of New Galloway and Castle Douglas provide more opportunities for shopping. Ideally located for walking, fishing and cycling, the surrounding Galloway Forest Park houses some of the renowned 7stanes cycle venues and also boasts the UKs first Dark Sky Park.
