This 3rd floor apartment (lift access) is situated on Holyrood Road in a luxury development called 'The Park' and it sits in the heart of the most prestigious tourist destinations in Edinburgh.
Adjacent to the Scottish Parliament and the Royal Palace of Holyrood (The Queens official Scottish residence) nestled between the Royal Mile and the Dynamic Earth, you are perfectly situated for enjoying some of Edinburgh's finest visitor destinations.

"Perfect base for a few days in Edinburgh"
Great apartment in a quiet part of Edinburgh, just a 10-15 minute walk from the main attractions and a Tesco Express within a few hundred metres that was handy for stocking up on provisions. Everything you could need for a short break was provided and Shahid was very quick to fix a minor problem we had with the heating, calling round within a couple of hours of us contacting him despite it being New Years Eve. If you are a light sleeper you may find the early morning noise from the rear of the neighbouring hotel disturbing (occasional lorry reversing) but we were able to turn over and go back to sleep. Overall, the perfect base for a few days in Edinburgh, with a view of Arthurs Seat visible from the lounge window.

Stayed here with 2 friends to run the marathon. Location was spot on !! The apartment was easy to find as we drove up from the midlands. Good parking spot too near the door. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. Great facilities too, so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Would and have highly recommend to friends & family & would definitely stay again.

"Quality pad in good location"
Excellent accommodation. High quality fittings and furnishings. Dedicated parking space a real bonus. Just off the Royal Mile with shops and restaurants. Accessible for disabled with wide doorways. A second key made it a good place from which to work.

"Perfect base for 2 couples, warm and comfortable, location stunning."
Great stay in warm comfortable classy flat. Ideal base for exploring Edinburgh on foot. Taxis right outside for trips further afield. Tesco just up the road and loads of good places to eat and drink in the area. Secure parking bays much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Our third visit to this apartment. Well furnished, modern property. Location for all Edinburgh attractions in excellent, and Shahid, the owner, is extremely helpful. Would recommend.

I visited with friends and we were delighted with our rental about a five minute walk from the Royal Mile and 10 minutes to Waverley train station. Therefore a great central location for both sightseeing and shopping. The Apartment is well presented and the owner was very responsive to any queries we had.

The accommodation was spectacular to stay in, with amazing views as well as perfect location setting. Within a minuets walk of the Dynamic Earth exhibition and the Scottish Parliament building. There is a walkway at the back of the apartment which leads onto The Royal Mile which takes you all the way through the old town all the way to Edinburgh Castle. The apartment itself was so homely and comfortable! The amenities were perfect and the little touches like toiletries and having a hair-dryer were nice. The kitchen was great full of all the things you would have at home. The owner was always very helpful and great with communication! All in all AMAZING even for short or long breaks!!!!

"Beautiful apartment in excellent location"
A bright and comfortable apartment with great household equipment etc. Decor & furnishings are attractive and fresh. Very clean throughout. We loved that even although we were so close to the Royal Mile it was very quiet. Parking space was convenient but it was also great that a taxi rank was so close. ATM machine is seconds away and a convenience store is just a three minute walk. Plenty of places to eat & drink within walking distance. We stayed here with our kids - young adults - and we all loved it! With the Scottish Parliament literally next door and Holyrood Palace across from that - the neighbours are impressive! Our friendly and helpful host called to welcome us and to check everything was as it should be. He supplied a contact telephone number. We had a fantastic weekend & would love to stay here again. Many thanks.
