The 2nd spacious well lit bathroom has toilet, bath and shower.

The fully fitted kitchen, with espresso coffee machine, microwave, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, breakfast bar + stools, with all dishes and utensils supplied for you budding amateur chef's.

Towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, ironing facilities, as well as welcome pack in the kitchen containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and biscuits.

Guests will have access to a free secure indoor parking space. There is a large communal patio-ed courtyard, which all residents have access to from the 1st floor.

Large Supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance and a small corner shop right next door for any basics open until 10pm.

Prime quiet location in the hip Baltic Triangle area at the heart of the city center based close to the Liverpool One shopping center, Albert Dock, Rope Walk area and being close to theaters, restaurants and bars, makes it a perfect location for all – leisure and business travelers.

The Cathedrals, Museums, Art Galleries, Theaters of Liverpool and China town are all within short walking distance of apartment.

The Albert Dock is just a few minutes walk away, and as well as being very beautiful, it plays host to The Beatles Story, The Tate Gallery, Maritime Museum, Museum of Liverpool, International Slavery Museum, Mersey Ferries! and forms part of the UNESCO world heritage Liverpool waterfront area.

The city is culture rich with historic buildings around every corner. The City Center has a nightlife for every taste, with beautiful traditional pubs, bustling hip bars, variety of great restaurants, numerous theaters, world famous nightclubs, fantastic live music venues and the odd quaint dive or two. All this within short walking distance of the apartment.

Walking will get you to all local amenities, while the main bus station is two minutes walk away with links to airport and all Liverpool suburbs.

The underground local railway is five minutes walk away, again with links to the airport and stations throughout Merseyside.

The River Mersey ferry service is five minutes walk away with river cruises and links to the Wirral Peninsula.

Regional Railway station is a 12 minute walk away, with links to the whole of the UK.

Liverpool FC football stadium Anfield and Everton FC Goodison Park are within easy bus /taxi or driving distance 10 minutes away.
