Situated in the quiet hamlet of Thrupp, this detached Cotswold stone barn conversion offers spacious accommodation for 12 guests. Five beautifully presented bedrooms are offered, alongside three bathrooms, kitchen and utility room, dining room, and a spacious lounge with wood burning stove. Step outside and enjoy the private garden with open countryside views, or take a walk along the canal to enjoy a pint at the local pub. Coach House allows you to enjoy character and comfort, in a pretty and idyllic setting, whilst the bustling city of Oxford lies just 20 minutes away.

Living Room – large living room with comfy sofas and a breakfast table. TV with DVD player, alongside a log burning stove to keep you toasty.

Kitchen - well equipped modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, two fridges, freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Retro serving hatch into the dining room.

Dining Room – seating for 12 on a farmhouse table with double doors leading onto the outdoor patio and garden for alfresco dining. Offers beautiful views of the open countryside.

Twin Room – Bedroom 1 – a twin, sleeping two people, sits on the ground floor.

Shower Room – Downstairs WC, sink, and shower

*FIRST FLOOR*

Bedroom Two – Triple Room, Sleeps 3 – 1 x double bed, 1 x single daybed.

Bedroom Three – Double Bed, Sleeps 2

Bedroom Four – Twin Room – 2 x single beds

Bedroom Five – Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sleeps 3 – 1 x double bed, 1 x single daybed.

Bathroom 2 – Bath with overhead shower, WC & sink

Additional Beds/Cots: We can offer one additional Z-Bed in one of the larger rooms, but the maximum occupancy must not exceed 12 guests. 1 Cot with no bedding is provided.

The hamlet of Thrupp provides a peaceful canal-side location with two pubs in walking distance, country walks, kayaking, and a tea room for those afternoon treats. Getting into Oxford City is easy with a bus stop situated at the top of the hamlet. The property is an ideal base to explore Oxford and The Cotswolds and nearby places of interest also include Blenheim Palace, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor, Henley-on-Thames, and Silverstone.

Please note the shared swimming pool and tennis court are situated in the main site of Worton Park Cassington c.10 minutes drive from the house. These are seasonal and available throughout your stay. A small changing room with shower is available next to the pool. Please note these facilities are seasonal, pool opening times apply, including closure on Sundays.
