This superb third floor apartment is in the town of Ilfracombe on the North Devon coast, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Seasiders is a sea-facing apartment in the exclusive Granville Point development in Ilfracombe, north Devon and enjoys outstanding sea views from its third-floor position. There are two bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and another family bathroom, sleeping up to four people. An open plan living room is attractively furnished with high quality smart kitchen, dining area and sitting area with patio doors. Two balconies accessed via patio doors from the living area and master bedroom have magnificent sea views. There is gated allocated parking for one car. Seasiders is a superb choice for a coastal stay at any time of year.

Amenities: Underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, DAB/CD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available. 2 balconies with furniture. Allocated parking for 1 car in gated car park. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 1 mile.
