Apartment 4, Crest Apartments (EX34 9BU) is an award winning (Travellers Choice and Certificate of Excellence 2018 & 2019) beautifully appointed top floor Apartment with breathtaking sea views in arguably the finest location in Ilfracombe. All modern conveniences including free WiFi. Accessed by two short flights of stairs, it is finished to a high standard and will provide a quiet and relaxing stay.

Ideally situated just two minutes from the Harbour and the major attractions of Ilfracombe, the Tunnels beaches / wedding venue are just a 10 minute walk from the Apartment as is the Aquarium and it’s a short drive to the beautiful golden beaches of Woolacombe (voted one of the best beaches in UK in 2018), Croyde and Saunton.

At Ilfracombe harbour you can embark on a trip to Lundy island, book a day fishing, browse the quaint shops on the front or simply sit back and take in the truly spectacular sea views from the comfort of your living room. The Apartment is decorated in a stylish and modern fashion, with quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Free WiFi internet access. The kitchen is equipped with everything to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and includes electric fan oven and grill with gas hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining area with large table to accommodate 4 people comfortably.

Bedroom with large double bed and comfortable mattress and a modern, clean and contemporary bathroom with shower over bath.

The Apartment will sleep two comfortably and a good quality sofa-bed in the lounge will provide ample sleeping arrangements for children or a second couple, small children to sleep in a cot to be arranged by yourselves.

Directly opposite the property there is an undercover parking space (Max height 7'), for one car, which is yours to use during your stay.

Getting around

If you don’t want to use your car the nearest bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the Apartment, buses run every 20 minutes and will take you Braunton or to Barnstaple for the more major shops. Why not venture further to Bideford or Westward Ho! or to beautiful Clovelly?? Travel East and visit Combe Martin or the Valley of the Rocks! Go explore North Devon!!

A booking form will be sent to all guests, it is a condition of the booking that it is completed in full and returned before your arrival date. The Apartment will be available from 1pm on arrival day. If you could possibly text or call me when you are 30 minutes or so away I will meet you at the apartment with the keys and show you where to park. The postcode should you need it for the SatNav is EX34 9BU.

“Perfect Location”

First Christmas away from everyone! The apartment is perfect for anything you fancy doing. Harbour 3 minutes walk, Capstone Hill 1 minute walk, local shops, 2 minutes walk, main town 5/6 minutes walk!! The accommodation is contemporary, great kitchen and comfortable seating in the lounge, both rooms having an awesome sea view. Fantastic personal touches from the owner to make our visit even more perfect. Thank you Andy! Highly recommended and will definitely be returning.

The accommodation was modern, clean and perfect for the holiday. The flat overlooked the sea with Lundy Island in the distance. Gripes only; no microwave cooking dishes and getting out of the garage where the car was parked was interesting. Thank goodness for a local person who greatly helped. Apart from the these, a great place for a holiday In Ilfracombe; the Andy the property owner could not have been more helpful Will be returning Joe Pratt

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If ANDY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
