This detached cottage is situated in the village of Clayton Le Dale near Blackburn and can sleep 12 people in 6 bedrooms.Carr House is an impressive detached cottage in the village of Clayton Le Dale near the city of Blackburn. It boasts six deluxe bedrooms and four luxurious bathrooms with two sitting areas including an open-plan kitchen and dining area just off from the second sitting room. Outside is an exquisite garden with summer house, hot tub, barbecue and games room. Carr House is a delightful cottage providing relaxed comfort and enormous amounts of fun for all the family.

Amenities: Central heating with woodburning stoves starter pack incl in rent. Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer (outside), dishwasher, washing machine, highchair, TV with Sky/Freeview, WiFi. Pool table. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden with furniture, summer house with power points, lawns, patio and games room. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Highchair available in house. Cot provided but please bring own bedding. Note: Property is on a working farm - The garden area can be made enclosed by closing the main entrance gate, allowing peace of mind for children playing outside.
