Description

Number 26 is a beautiful Grade II listed house in the heart of Chichester's conservation area with elegant accommodation across three floors. This well equipped town house has two lounges with televisions and a separate dining room with seating for 6- 8 guests. You can sit and enjoy the sun in the very pretty walled courtyard garden - an incredibly peaceful spot for a relaxing rest.

Just a short walk takes you to the excellent range of shops, restaurants, the Novium museum, the Pallant House Art Gallery and Chichester Cathedral. A ten minute walk away is Chichester's Festival Theatre, often featuring household names including Hugh Bonneville, Joseph Fiennes and Imelda Staunton.

A short drive reveals the Goodwood Estate which hosts major international events including the motor enthusiasts' favourites the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival. In addition to having two 18 hole championship golf courses, Goodwood is renowned for being home to Glorious Goodwood just one of the many horse racing events throughout the season.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If David and Lynn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
