A spacious comfortable annexe attached to owners house. Sleeps 2 (+2). A five minute walk to the city centre. Onsite parking (access narrow and unmade road). Wifi. Entrance hall, cloakroom, large kitchen - diner seats 6. Comfortable lounge seating 6. Stairs to bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Small bedroom sloping roof (occupants would need use main bedrooms ensuite bathroom).

The Annexe is an ideal place to stay within a five minute walk from the City centre and the Festival Theatre but in an extremely quiet location. A short drive or bus ride you will find the golden sands of West Wittering or the beauty of the South Downs. A car is not necessary when you stay at The Annexe as restaurants, shops and bars are all within walking distance.

The Annexe is tucked away in a street to the North of the City. It is attached to the owners house but has its own entrance, parking and outside space. It is a lovely light spacious area and set back from the road so very peaceful. There is a convenience store about a 3 minute walk away and a Waitrose about a 10 minute walk away.

Getting around

The Annexe is within easy walking distance of Chichester's City Centre. In the centre you can find the Cathedral and lots of shops and restaurants. The Festival Theatre is a five minute walk from The Annexe. The train station is a 15 minute walk though the City and the trains can take you to Gatwick Airport, Portsmouth and its fabulous harbour, Southampton, Brighton and London are all easy to get to on the train. There are buses which run regularly to take you to the wonderful seaside at Selsey or Wittering.

Interaction with guest

I live in the house next door and am always on hand either in person or by phone to help with any queries but I leave guests to their own devices. The key on arrival will be found in a key safe for guests to let themselves in.
