The apartment is bright, sunny, located on the 1st floor in a beautiful Victorian building, located about 250 meters from Hampstead Village. All rooms apart from the double room are facing the South West and hence it is flooded with light. The apartment has high ceiling, double glazing, wooden floor and communal heating & water
Hampstead is full range of restaurants, cafes in & out on the pavements, boutiques, antique Emporium market, bakeries, theatre and pubs etc. Some good news for people who love designs. I am delighted to share with you that the living room has been changed dramatically. the furnitures are all black and white.I have bought stunning material in America and from 05th April the Roman blinds are hung in the living room, in one bedroom and in the kitchen. A new Panasonic Smart TV 40 inches is now wall mounted. I am looking forward what my guests who are coming to stay un the apartment will say about it. It is worth looking at it.
The apartment is on the first floor, accessed by a wide spiral staircase. It is very secure having a communal intercom and double door entry system. On entry, you will discover what makes this apartment so unique. You immediately enter the bright, clean and modern kitchen/dining area that overlooks the magnificent Victorian &Gothic Buildings that make Hampstead so unique. You will also discover the wonderful high bay windows in the living room that allow light to flood the area. The master bedroom is luxuriously fitted out in cool blue & white French toile and clean white decor, with a well appointed en-suite with cast iron bath. The tiles all around the bathroom en suit are Johnson Tiles 15 cm by 15 cm and on the main wall there are two "pictures" of blue & white delft tiles From Holland which look like 2 pictures but they are formed from tiles. It is clean and beautiful and matches the decor of the bedroom. The bedroom like the rest of the flat is quiet due to the double glazing and the building as a whole is quiet. Each four neighbor are secluded by a private mahogany door in order to keep the privacy of the residents. It is a quiet building and our next door neighbor is a single lady and she is very quiet.
Hampstead Village is one of the most famous neighborhood in London, boasting some of the most expensive properties in the capital, due in part to the beautiful surroundings such as Hampstead Heath with it's walks in 400 acres of open countryside. Most of the series and movies, have been shot in Hampstead Heath and if you wish to escape from the hectic streets, then Hampstead Heath is your answer. Right next to the Heath, is the beautiful house of the famous poet, John Keats, who died at the age of 25. A stone-throw from my house is the house of the famous psychologist Sigmund Freud, who lived one year from (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) in the house, as well as his daughter Anna, who succeeded him. There are 2 more interesting houses in Hampstead, one is Fenton House and the famous Kenwood House, where you can walk miles across mother nature, and enjoy the lovely concerts, which are occasionally performed on the lawn of Kenwood House. One can enjoy a nice breakfast on Sunday, or lunch as well as tea and scones at tea time in the lovely caffe- restaurant of Kenwood House. You can stroll in the huge landscapes of Kenwood park, as well as the house itself. Hampstead, or "Hampstead village", as it is called, is a very picturesque neighborhood with plenty of restaurants of all sorts of food, cafes, beautiful boutiques, many pubs, a cinema, a theatre, fashion, shoes, Emporium antique market which operates 6 days a week, a lot of charity shops which sell partially new things for a symbolic sum of money, which is a donation towards cancer research and heart foundation. There are 2 more interesting houses in Hampstead, one is Fenton House and the famous Kenwood House, where you can walk miles across mother nature, and enjoy the lovely concerts, which are occasionally performed on the lawn of Kenwood House.
