“THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. !!”

Reviewed 24 Nov 2016

This place is amazing, lovley views, brilliant walks, cosy cabin, all the extra personal touches very classy. Local town 3miles away good walk. and the walk to the view point up the hill is stunning, wee bit cold as we done it in nov. We were there for 2 nights not enough time to do it all , so much beautiful walks,so going to head in summer next year .

What a place to stay, we have just got back from a weekend away at the hideaway and thought it was the best , an amazing log cabin with evrything you need soo clean tidy and smart and snug , the owners always on hand to sort you out with anything you need also, most amazing views from your very private sitting area outdoors, amazing views and scenery , great for walking biking and fishing , then to top it off getting back to your very own place to chill out relax watch tv or listen to music and have a drink , we will deffinatly be back thanks charmaine and jonathon !!

An absolute must do again. Everything was perfect, from the ease of booking, to the picturesque view, to the cosy cabin, to the hospitality. The name couldn't be more apt - a great hideaway to relieve your day to day stresses and recharge your batteries. Don't think about it - book and enjoy.
