This luxury, detached property sits in the Devon village of Brixton, sleeping four people in two bedrooms.A contemporary, timber-framed cottage based in the village of Brixton in Devon. It provides two bedrooms; a king-size and a twin zip/link which can be a king-size on request, along with a family shower room, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living/dining room. To the outside there is ample off road parking, a patio with furniture and a barbecue and a roof terrace with furniture and a hot tub. Northlands Country Cottage is a state-of-the-art getaway in a scenic Devon location. Please note: From the 18th November 2023, the hot tub will be unavailable for winter closure.

Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, 55" Smart TV with freeview, WiFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
