This apartment is located in the town of Banff near Fraserburgh and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.24 Waters Edge is a wonderful apartment resting in the town of Banff in Aberdeenshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a double and a twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar. To the outside is off road parking for one car. Located in a lovely area with beautiful views, 24 Waters Edge is a pleasant apartment in a scenic part of Scotland.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview and BT sport, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car and ample parking adjacent. 5 minute walk from the beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

The area also boasts sandy beaches, forest walks, cycle routes, whisky trails, pony trekking and dolphin watching.
