The modern, bright and spacious detached self catering cottage will comfortably sleep five and provides very attractive and cosy accommodation and is equipped to a high standard. Accommodation comprises of hall, open plan lounge and large kitchen/dining area, utility room, three bedrooms, one king, one twin or super king and one single room. Shower room with walk in shower with deluge shower, toilet and basin. It has it’s own driveway with parking spaces, garden, outside HOT TUB, patio area with furniture and a Weber Gas BBQ.

Bedding and towels included in weekly charge. Cot (excluding cot linen), Highchair available. Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, microwave and washer dryer. TV’s with freeview, TV's in each bedroom, DVD, docking station, Wi-Fi, electric fire, electric panel heaters throughout, hair dryers, alarm clock. Off road parking for several cars, no smoking. Cycle storage in our garage if needed.

We are hundred yards from the Birse and Feughside Parish Church and about 1 mile from the Finzean Hall which is ideal if you are attending a wedding or event in the village. NOTE: ELECTRICITY is an additional charge on top of nightly / weekly rates. Electric charge is calculated using meter readings in the cottage and you can keep track of costs yourself during your stay. On the checkout day the electricity charge will be calculated and the customer will pay the owners directly.

Why can't I call Donna (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Donna (the owner) a message.

If Donna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
