“Very Nice stay” We stayed there for 2 or 3 days. It is like a home away from home. This place has everything you need. You just need to bring your toilet paper. The views from both the front and bedroom windows are amazing and inspired us to climb Arthur's seat (i think it is called). We were able to visit à lot of the city because the flat is so well situated! Very happy about our pick, and also for the Nice welcome gift from Suzie. Would love to come back!
“Great time at Epicurean Clerk” Just one word..AMAZING!!!!the flat is huge and as perfect as in the pictures. we had an amazing graduation weekend in the flat and looking forward to come again next time. We felt home!

Central Apartment + Carparking
TOTALLY COMFORTABLE APARTMENT SURPRISING QUIET AREA
I stayed at the apartment on my own for7 nights and felt extremely safe. Eleanor met me at the apartment to give me the keys, information regarding the apartment and directions to the local supermarket. I was left a welcoming tray with biscuits/milk/tea bags and sugar. I found the apartment warm and comfortable and the sheets and towels of good quality. I slept well every night as the single bed was so comfortable and the nights quiet even though it is a built up area. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed, home from home. Eleanor was friendly/professional and if I had stayed two weeks we would have had a ladies day out! The back garden had small low fences around it and a road directly behind but surprisingly hardly any traffic passed that way. I saw many joggers and people on bikes who smiled as they passed by. At the back of the apartment a few yards down the road is two flights of stairs which leads you into Holyrood park. It continues for miles and miles but if you manage to climb to the top of the hill the views are fantastic! Then if you have any energy left you can walk to Holyrood Palace and see into the grounds and the back of the Palace. The bus service is excellent if you catch a bus by the Sainsbury supermarket as every bus goes to North Bridge, where the tours, shops, restaurants, Waverley Station,100 Airport bus and information centre and much more is within a few minutes walking distance. I found an all day bus ticket at £3.50 much cheaper than paying for a tour as you pay for 3 places of interest but end up only managing to do one. The amount of shops are amazing but lets face it Edinburgh is an amazing city! …
Your search is over
If you like the photos, you'll love the place. Fun, comfy, private, clean, quiet, everything you need and plenty more you hadn't thought of. Books, games, art, brilliantly equipped kitchen. The kids' rooms are a delight. Our daughter spent the first hour lost in hers reading books (her favourite was the one about the farting dog) and didn't have to be asked to climb up into the 'cloud' at bedtime. Pub serving moules et frites and live music directly across the road. Within 30m a good deli and a triathlon shop that makes excellent coffee (better than the deli). 10 min brisk walk to The Royal Mile or catch the bus out front. We feel cool just for having stayed there. …
