“Exceptional” I cannot rate this apartment highly enough! The flat itself is huge, twice as big as the photos show. The garden is also enormous and beautifully planted. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and spotlessly clean. If we come to this area I would absolutely book again. The owner was fab and left us a great welcome pack with wine and beer. No need to look any further, you will not be disappointed. Stunning apartment!

“Absolutely stunning first class accommodation everything we wanted and more” Our four night holiday at the accommodation was for my sons wedding. We were personally greeted by the fantastic friendly and welcoming owners, who shown us around the apartment. We as a family were overwhelmed by the first class standard of the accommodation which was spotless in all manner. Much care has been taken by the owners to provide for all ages and all needs, down to toys for young children, books, a selection of DVD's. The standard of cleanliness was superior, and was well equipt in every thing your would require to make a holiday special. We cannot fault this holiday villa at all and praise the owners in every way. It was just perfect. Thank you June & Roy for a superb holiday stay. We would definately visit you again, and recommend you highly to others.

“The perfect family holiday with great facilities for everyone to enjoy.” This holiday was an absolute pleasure from the ease of booking to our arrival meeting Wendy & Chris our hosts who were fantastic through out our stay. Wendy even gave us a call on route to say everything was ready for us. Our family party consisted of 7 adults and 2 children and there was loads of space through out the house with lovely decorated bedrooms. The large dinning table was great for family evening meals whilst the balcony over looking the beautiful Suffolk countryside is a must for the odd glass of wine watching the sun go down. The heated indoor pool and the covered hot tube were fantastic and loved by all the family. The large lawn was perfect for ball games with all the family joining in. The house is so well equipped Wendy & Chris have thought of everything to make our stay just perfect. The local area also as plenty to offer with local country pubs and restaurant's ,shopping and Southwold a traditional seaside town well worth a visit.
