“Fantastic stay” Lodge was incredible, warm and cosy, cleaned to the highest standard, Ray was a great host, showed us around the lodge and then left us to enjoy our stay, hot tub was perfect. Overall fantastic stay would recommend to everyone.

“St Andrews lodge Skegness” We stayed at St Andrews lodge Skegness for 3 nights and it was brilliant,the house was lovely and had plenty of room and everything you could need during the stay. My boys loved the games room with full size snooker table it was hard to get them out of there! The garden looked absolutely beautiful and the sea views out of the window were amazing, This house is brilliant for large families. We will definitely be going back in summer.

“Perfect weekend break for 18 of us” Our highlights were: the splendid drawing room - ideal for relaxing with the newspapers and for pre dinner drinks, the music room, plenty of activities to keep our 10-17 year olds amused, well-equipped and much-used kitchen, full size billiard table.

“An amazingly, beautiful, peaceful and well-appointed house.” We rented all three properties at Piper House, as we had a large family birthday celebration. Everyone loved the location, the house, the amenities and the quality of the furnishings etc. Very beautiful and Katie (the owner) extremely helpful and welcoming. Location was great, close to Stamford which is a lovely old town with big supermarkets near for our food shopping. A couple of us did an amazing bike ride to Rutland Water and back which is stunning, it is a part of the UK none of us knew too well; but would return as it was so nice. Golf was played on two days by a large number of our party and again, they had a super time. We had a truly happy, memorable family get together which everyone is keen to repeat!!

“Idyllic perfection!” We booked two of the cottages for a hen do weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Kaye and Richard had set us up so well with a little covered outdoor seating/eating area between the two cottages meaning we all had easy access to a shared space for meals and shenanigans. Very clean comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms for a group of 12 girls to get ready together, and everything you'd need in the kitchen to make self-catering easy. Both Kaye and Richard were lovely, allowing us to decorate the cottages for the hen group and using the paddock for a Prosecco-fuelled sports day! However, my personal favourite part of Clematis Cottage was the beautiful gardens! Richard offered us mint from the garden for our Pimms and was more than happy to give us a tour of the garden in all its magnificent glory; bees, vegetables, fruits, an orchard, everything! Absolutely stunning! Can't thank them enough for their hospitality and these cottages were absolutely ideal for our hen party so thank you Kaye and Richard!
