“High quality cottage in a fabulous location” We stayed for 3 nights with my parents who are in their 80's. The cottage would not suit anyone with severe mobility issues, but it was fine for them. We wanted to be in the centre of Haworth so we could walk to restaurants and pubs in the evening. The Fleece pub is a few yards away. We also ate at the Old Registry.
There are bus stops at the bottom of the road, we took a bus to Hebden Bridge. We also visited Saltaire, the Bronte Museum, Bingley 5 locks and explored Haworth.
The cottage has two double rooms, one with ensuite shower and another shower room on the upper floor. There is a ground floor WC.
The cottage has high quality furniture and fittings. Please note the outdoor terrace is spectacular, but it is located outside the bunk bedroom on the upper floor, and has lots of steps to the different levels.
We loved the cottage, especially the log burner and the cosy interior.
“Simply relaxing, stunning and homely” Just home from a great few days at this little gem of a hideaway - very handy for exploring Haworth, Hebden Bridge, Skipton, Bingley etc. Good selection of small shops and eateries just around the corner.
The property itself was very comfortable & cosy and tastefully furnished to a high standard, clean and welcoming (flowers and bottle of wine on arrival much appreciated!) - plenty of space for a romantic getaway! Despite the road nearby, inside, the cottage was quiet and peaceful.
Thank you, Rebecca, for accommodating us at such short notice. So glad we found you - we are already planning our next visit!
