“Seaside therapy” What isn`t there to like about sitting on a comfortable sofa , nursing a glass of liquid nourishment , gazing out , through a huge picture window , at the sea just a few feet away ? . When you get the urge to do something more active then walk the coastline and , having worked up a thirst ( there`s a theme developing here ) decamp to the village pub , a good old fashioned boozer with quantities of good food that illustrates mine hosts view of the horrors of nouvelle cuisine . Sated and content , return to the cottage and let the sound of the waves send you off to the land of nod . Repeat 6 times and go home fully relaxed and ready for the fray .
