“Suited our needs perfectly” We stayed in the apartment for 16 nights & mainly chose it due to it's proximity to Wandsworth Bridge Road, where we had to travel each weekday during our stay.
Although we were worried that coming from an Australian summer we would be cold in London, the apartment had excellent heating. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to do your own cooking.
There is a small supermarket a couple of mins walk away & a very large Sainsbury's Supermarket only 10 mins walk from the apartment. There are several restaurants in the Imperial Wharf complex, a Pub, ATM, Postbox & Deli for take away coffees & food etc. The Imperial Wharf railway station is a few minutes walk & a taxi rank just across the road. Although we didn't use the buses, there are stops right outside the door.
If you are happy to walk, then there are plenty of restaurants, Pubs & shops along Kings Road, about a 15 minute walk away.
The decor of the apartment is fairly "spartan", but it is certainly very comfortable. As we were a mother & grown daughter travelling together, the 2 bathrooms were greatly appreciated. The building is nice & secure, so we felt safe. The only thing that my daughter would have liked would be a full length mirror!
Overall our stay was excellent & Maria, the owner, couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.
