“Amazing” From the moment you arrive it's home from home,clean fresh and everything you need, harbour a 10 minute walk. Beds are comfy and the apartment means you meet others we had some great neighbours. Couldn't ask for a better place. The washing machine handle had been broken meaning we couldn't open it, called the number given and the next day it was fixed. Just can't ask for that level of service in some places. Would recommend the apartment in heartbeat and can't wait to go back. Was genuinely sad to leave.

“Clean, large and an excellent location.” Right on Brixham seafront overlooking Golden Hind, great location for exploring the local area. Plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. Very quiet and peaceful. A very comfortable apartment, well equipped and extremely clean. The parking space provided was a real bonus. The apartment was better than advertised.

“Lovely cottage perfectly situated for shops, restaurants and bars, off street parking and a bus stop right outside” Second time we stayed at St Ann's was just as good as we remembered, everything you need is a few minutes walk away including Babacombe Model Village, Babbacome is only a 10 minute walk. Cottage is well maintained and clean and the off street parking means you can park up and not have to worry about your car, also as there are several pubs, supermarkets and a pedestrian precinct just around the corner you don't need to drive. The bus stop outside means you can get a bus into Torquay or you can walk to the bottom of the precinct to get buses further afield so no worries about having a drink as you don't need to drive whilst you are there.

“Perfect position close to town and overlooking the harbour.” Owner very helpful prior to our visit. The location was excellent with panoramic view of the harbour and views across the bay. Accommodation very clean on arrival and secure parking available right opposite. Short walk to the harbour with plenty of shops and restaurants.
