“Beautiful house and location, location, location.” Suffork coast is lovely, so much to do, important to read literature in house it has all the information you need to visit great places. If you like walking, you are spoilt for choice(coast walk superb), to shop just step out the front door, boat trips or just relaxing on a seat on the beach watching the fishermen coming in with their catch. If you just want a quiet time then the house is the place to be. We are a fairly large group who have booked houses all over Britain and this rates as one of the best for house and location.

“A beautiful converted farm outhouse, contemporary in design and perfect for families or couples.” This was a truly wonderful find. Hidden in the heart of Suffolk, the property is surrounded by wildlife and provides the perfect base to explore the wonderful countryside, coastline and numerous picture postcard English villages. Excellent for families or couples escaping the family!

“Lovely mini break pre Christmas season” We love North Norfolk & we love the house. First time visiting for a long time, but still lovely. Didn’t get much exploring done, due to the storm, however, had a very nice time regardless.

“Perfect retreat” Wanted to visit Norfolk for a few days with my daughter, best friend and doggy best friend and Pilgrims cottage was a perfect base camp for us. The cottage is lovely, roomy in all the right places with a lovely spacious front room and 2 big bedrooms. More than enough room for three plus dog and would quite happily return with more of us next time. A field and play park directly opposite was brilliant for early morning and evening short runs for the dog and the Duck Inn literally 5 min walk was perfect for some tasty food and a few drinks to end the day. More of a restaurant than pub but lovely all the same. It was too warm for us to indulge in the big beautiful fire but it looked amazing. Docking is nearest village with shops and 5 to 10 mins in car so a car is helpful. But we found a daily market in the village hall with lots lovely local fresh produce and a Spar for the other bits. Also perfectly situated to explore the local area which we did lots of! Holkham and the amazing beach and house and, Wells next-the-sea only 20-30 mins drive through lovely villages like Burnham Market which is great for a potter. Hunstanton with a mix of traditional seaside and lovely natural beach the same in the other direction. Andrew couldn’t have made us any more welcome and was helpful and responsive before during and after our stay. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back.

“A great place for a family or extended family” We rented Grove Farm house to celebrate my 70th birthday. It was such a good decision. There were 10 adults and 6 children and the house suited all of us. The children couldnt believe their luck when they saw swings and a slide in the garden not to mention all the other toys. The adults were able to enjoy the games room and set up some competitive rounds of table tennis and snooker!! The house easily accommodated all of us with room to spare. A great time was had by all generations.

“Absolutely perfect, a beautiful and relaxing countryside stay!” We stayed here for two nights and very much wished we had stayed longer! The cottage was perfect, absolutely spotless with everything you could possibly need, along with the cosy cottage charm. The garden was beautiful and relaxing, full of spring flowers everywhere, along with ducks pottering about by the large pond. There was also a lovely play area for young children. It was quite simply superb, with very welcoming owners who made you feel at home instantly. Would love to visit again, a wonderful countryside break.

“Lovely ❤️” Lovely caravan, fab peaceful location. I went to this caravan with husband, 18 year old daughter, 17 year old son, 3 year old granddaughter and our Cockapoo, not a single complaint was heard the whole week! Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves, my granddaughter loved the clubhouse/complex which she visited every day with her young auntie & uncle, the beach is beautiful which is indeed visible from this lovely caravan (quite a few steps down to it or a ramp 5 minutes walk away). I love the fact that there's a great garden space beside the caravan, it's not all squashed up next to it's neighbours, it's also situated on a lovely open green area so you don't feel closed in. The caravan itself is very well equipped and very comfortable, including the double bed which is unusual as I normally find caravan beds hard & uncomfortable, great shower and very handy second toilet. All in all a great holiday would highly recommend and will definitely be revisiting.

“Great place to get away from it all” Had a lovely time in no.8 carpenters cottages! It is a lovely and cosy cottage in great condition. The piano was excellent, and tuned prior to my arrival so sounded fab. Very good location, feels quiet and secluded, while being in the middle of town right by a supermarket. Fell in love with Norfolk :-).
