“Lovely property in countryside village” The property is well maintained, quiet and set in lovely lawned gardens. Booking the holiday and getting keys was seamless and well organised. Entering the building, there is a stunning hallway and seating area which is very atmospheric, you just want to curl up on the window seat and read or admire the grounds. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen extremely well equipped. A pint of milk in the fridge and a packet of biscuits was a nice welcoming touch. The weather was too good to use the fire in the sitting room but the wooden panellling and library of books and cd's gave a cosy feel to the room. We loved the "secret door" and the view over the front gardens.

“Christmas Break” Lovely lodge in a good location to the facilities. Clean, great xmas decor, the only feedback would be more wine glasses as there was only 2. There was a drains smell in the main bathroom on arrival, but having put drain blocker liquid down the toilet, sink and bath it did disappear. Would book again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

“Fabulous” 7 girls descended on this beautiful converted barn for some R&R;! The house has been done to a very high standard - it has a lovely homely feel to it - with breathtaking scenery. On our second night we had a private chef come cook for us - a real treat. (White Rose Caterers!). Simply wonderful. We were welcomed with a lovely homemade cake and wine. The hosts who live on the working farm are great! They not only gave us a lift to and from the local pub but they joined in on our last night of fun at the house. They really are so welcoming. There is nothing bad or negative to be said about this house or our stay at 3 Peaks Barn. We will most certainly be going back. Thoroughly recommend to a family or to a group of ladies that want a rural 'get away from it all'. Enjoy - from 6 blondes & a brunette!

“A Chelsea home close to the Lake Distric” We went to visit the Lake District but opeted to rent a family house rather than three hotel rooms. This house is amazing, very comfortable and central and superbly refurbished, with modern kitchen and bathroom. The small town is very charming and conviently close to the Lake District. The Sauna has been tested at high temperature and approved by a Finnish person in our group. The visitor's parking permits and the welcome basket for breakfast were a very nice touch.

“Comfort and tranquilty - lovely lodge with best lakeside position” We booked this lodge for a last minute week long break.
