“Well furnished clean & tidy modern chalet” The bungalow / chalet is located on a quiet sunny spot on the park, a minutes walk to the cliff overlooking the sea. It is very clean and well furnished in a modern, attractive and stylish way. The bedrooms have good quality quilts and bedding, the owner has considered little extras guests might need such as plenty of good quality wooden coathangers, mirrors in both rooms with accessible plug sockets, hairdryer and bedside lamps. The clean and modern kitchen area is very well stocked with all the appliances, cookware and utensils you could need (but no washing machine or dishwasher) with useful extras such as sandwich boxes, plus the thoughtful supply of kitchen roll, anti bac spray, sponge, washing up liquid etc. The dining table in the lounge area is a pullout with chairs stored underneath which is put away until needed, the bathroom is nicely appointed with a good shower over the bath. Although the weather was a bit variable during our 4 night stay, we walked along the shingle beach below the holiday park along to Lowestoft and back through the nature reserve. That beach was accessed from the park down some steep stairs and was ideal for dog walking but there were areas with signs warning against swimming so would probably go to nearby Gorleston for a sandy seaside day out in the summer. We were perfectly located to visit Southwold, Gorleston, Happisburgh, East Ruston Gardens and up to the north Norfolk coast, there are supermarkets a short drive away. We did not use the pool or any of the other facilities at the park. I would certainly recommend the bungalow, especially for a couple, although it is fitted for up to 4 people, I think it might be a little compact for 4 adults. The owner has certainly given alot of thought to ensure guests enjoy their stay and was helpful and responded quickly to queries.

“Nice Villa” This villa is situated in the village of Corton just outside of Lowestoft. When we stayed it was peaceful and quiet. The villa is within a holiday park with a heated outdoor swimming pool and outdoor play area for children. The site is very clean and well looked after. The staff supporting the site are very friendly. The site overlooks the sea. I stayed with my family at this villa for a few days. It was very comfortable. The cottage was cleaned to a high standard. The facilities in the Villa are again to a high standard with comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom even has a television! The bathroom is very good with a powerful shower. The villa comes with beds already made and towels provided which is very useful for a busy family. The owner of the property is very friendly and accommodating. She is available within 10 minutes of a call. Locally there is a lot to do with a nice beach at Lowestoft. I would have loved to see more locally but the children just wanted to go to the beach and the swimming pool in the holiday Park!
