Beautiful sunrise on lovely blue flag sandy beach and amazing sunset over the harbour in the evening. Close to ferries to Guernsey, Jersey and France from Poole. Great days out at Corfe Castle, Swanage, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge and Bournemouth. Beautifully appointed apartment with ensuite bathroom and all very modern, light and bright. Nice sunny balcony with views. Great parks nearby, Poole Park, Alum Chine, Sandbanks & Compton Acres. Will definitely book again.

“Fantastic Apartment, Lovely Location” This apartment was really fantastic, lovely and luxurious inside with everything you could want from a holiday. We were left a lovely welcome hamper which was much appreciated. On arrival the whole place was spotlessly clean and with great modern decor. Beds were very comfortable, TV s in all three bedrooms , which my children loved ! Great location as well. Would definetely recommend a stay here and we will be booking again.

“Great Apartment, Good location” Booked apartment to visit family in bournemouth. owners flexible with length of stay so that was great. Its a modern very clean apartment & it was ideal for our needs. Its about a 10-15 min walk into the middle of bournemouth. I found the owners really helpful, lovely people, would recommend this apartment.

“Comfortable, well-furnished, clean, big house in a good location” We were lucky to stay in this house. It looked as good as the pics and possibly even better. The dining room was so elegantly laid out, that made all of us go 'wow!' when we first stepped into the house. We travelled in a family group with children, including an infant. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, we held a dinner party (inviting family who live nearby) the first night we arrived. The owner gave us the contact of a chef (Matt) who came to the house within 3 hours and we had a last minute dinner party that night for 30 guests! That's how big the house is. There's a pool table and 2 lounge rooms to hang out. The bedrooms were of very good size. We had clean sheets, fresh towels, lots of hangers and pillows. The bathrooms were clean and hot water was not a problem. The washing machine and dryer worked perfectly well and was well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. It surpassed our expectations.

“Apartment was perfect, modern, light and well equipped.” The apartment was spacious, well furnished and clean, just perfect for our needs. It was exceptionally well equipped with lots of DVD’s, games for the children and even beach equipment. Property was well located as only a short distance from Boscombe pier and beach. Also was very close to the high street which had supermarkets and shops. Booking was easy and all communication was prompt. Hope to stay again.

“Great Holiday” Stayed with my 2 children for a week. Had a lovely welcome from Pam who was most helpful. The apartment was very clean, lots of space and had everything we needed including a lovely big garden. They are in a good location with nearby shops/restaurants and takeaways. The beach and town centre are within walking distance. There is lots for the children to do and a week wasn't long enough! Would definitely go back and recommend to my family and friends.

“WONDERFUL LOCATION” Perfect location easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and beach and other attractions! Apartment fitted to high specification, well equipped for self catering. Jayne very welcoming and friendly, greeting us on our arrival and departure. Cakes and milk in apartment much appreciated! Highly recommend for couples. Would stay again if in the area. THANK YOU!

“Family” Lovely apartment very comfortable clean a few minutes walk to beach,a bonus is parking. Only one thing could have more towels as 1 bath towel is not enough for a week,and no hand towels. Would definitely go back we had a great time

“Baby's first trip to the seaside!” We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The owners communication from the offset was great. Everything you could need was at the apartment plus lots and lots of cute little extras! (Buckets and spades, games, books, throws to name a few). It was like a home from home! It was really clean and decorated well. The roof terrace had gorgeous views! Location great- only a five minute walk to the beach and a few restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and it made our first trip with a four month old really enjoyable and convienent. Would definitely stay here again :-).

“Great New Year stay at this wonderful apartment!” This apartment has it all - it is ideally located in a fabulous Victorian building a mere five minutes walk from the seafront and Boscombe Pier. The flat has an excellent kitchen equipped with all the utensils one could need. The lounge area is comfortable and spacious, and the TV comes equipped with cable and a large selection of DVDs for days when the weather doesn't co-operate. The flat was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The surrounding area has a large selection of cafes and restaurants, and there are shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend, and will stay again!

“Don't hesitate to book!” We agree with all the other positive reviews for this flat. The owner is an absolute delight to deal with and the property is without doubt the nicest, most well-equipped self catering flat in which we have stayed. It was spacious and warm and very easy to keep clean and tidy. It really is well equipped and workbooks for all appliances were in a file in the kitchen - even for the kettle and toaster! We are an older couple but had we been younger with small children there would have been no problems, the flat is very child-friendly and there are many DVDs, games and books to keep the little 'uns occupied on rainy days. The neighbours were very quiet in the time we were there and the lady superintendent was very helpful and friendly We found it was very easy to get to town by bus or walking and the few times we had to get a taxi part way (husband's dodgy hip!) the cost was around £6.00. The only negative we would mention would be the table top ironing board. We would have preferred a full sized one, but even so, we've never stayed in a holiday flat where the only negative is not really worth mentioning. If we win the lottery - we're putting in an offer!!! Thank you SO much. Please note, the review was written before return of breakages deposit which is why N/A is showing on the questionnaire. We wanted to put our positive thoughts on paper asap.
