Living/dining room with dining table and chairs for 8, 2 comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs, coffee table, flat screen HD TV with DVD player and wi-fi internet access. The room is dominated by floor to ceiling windows giving panoramic views across the marina, the river Medina, Solent and Portsmouth in the distance.
Off the living room is the designer kitchen, with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, wine fridge, with a wide range of pots, pans, utensils, china, glass and cutlery to ensure that you are able to cook and dine in style.

The light and airy master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, dressing table with drawers, and Venetian blinds to ensure a good night’s sleep. There is also an en suite with bath with shower attachment, wc and wash basin.

The second bedroom also has two quality single beds, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and Venetian blinds at the window.
The seafront day room/third bedroom has a king bed with Caspar mattress, built-in wardrobe, extra chairs and Venetian blinds at the floor to ceiling windows through which you can enjoy a wonderful view of passing yachts. All bedrooms have quality linen, duvets and pillows, enhancing the luxury feel. In addition there is a family bathroom providing shower , wc and washbasin. This room can also be used as an en-suite to the third bedroom. Both bathrooms have tiled floors and heated towel rails.

How do damage deposits work?

If Vernon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
