There are few finer places in the UK to go shopping than Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Birmingham and all of these places are just a short distance away. What could be better than going out for the day into the hustle and bustle of these major Towns and then returning to the Cottage to change for Dinner out at one of our superb Local restaurants. Had a four night stay here over Easter 2013, what a fantastic time we had. Cottage was everything it promised, very comfortable with all amenities and surprisingly large!! Great welcome from the owner who was on hand to answer all we needed to know about the location. Had some great days out in both Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. After all that walking was great to get into the Spa bath in the evening. 7 year old son loved the pool table and the trampoline in the adjoining field - just a shame that he is afraid of animals so wasn't keen to use it a second time due to the chickens. Would love to come back in the summer when we can make more use of the lovely garden (it was extremely cold this easter!) One additional point, response great on original booking enquiry and answered all our queries promptly on email before we went. Response: So pleased that you and your family enjoyed the Easter Break at Bluebell Cottage and found it to be comfortable and spacious. We are glad to hear that your son liked the trampoline,as for the chickens they can be extremely inquisitive. Thank you for taking time to write a review and we hope to see you again in the summer and hope the sun will shine. Best wishes Charles and Kim Wall |

This is a nice well-equipped cottage with a big kitchen/conservatory with views over the countryside. It is located in a very quiet area with good walks and pubs nearby in the villages of Loxley and Ettington. Stratford is within easy reach just 10 minutes drive away, if that. The 2 bedrooms are small but comfortable and the bathroom is a good size with a shower/bath including a "spa" option. The living room is also a good size with a proper wood stove for extra heating and a sofa bed for extra guests. There is a nice little garden outside too which backs on to open fields. The owners are very friendly and helpful and live next-door so are on-hand to help most of the time in the event of any problems. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place and hope to come again. Response: We are delighted to know that you found the cottage to be well equipped, in a quiet location set in the countryside, with walks to the local villages but only four miles away from Stratford. We thank you for taking the time to write a review and hope to see you again in the future. Many thanks Charles and Kim Wall |
