Grain Store Only - Sleeps up to 4
A self-contained property that will accommodate up to 4 persons making use of the double sofa bed, additional accommodation is available by linking our Shepherd hut to the property taking occupancy from 4 to 6 persons. This family run business aims to give you home from home comfort, whilst providing you with the opportunity to meet our sheep, lambs, pigs and chickens up close.
Kitchen: consists of electric cooker,microwave, fridge/freezer.
Utility Room: Facilities are available on request including washing machine.
Living Rooms: A highly furnished, comfortable lounge traditionally decorated to a very high standard with a flat screen television, adjacent is the kitchen. A large wardrobe houses the ironing board, iron and room to hang coats.
The Grain Store has its own private garden area, It has decking area lawn outdoor log burner and Kandai Fire Bowle for BBQ and Warm evenings by the fire, wood can be purchased from the farm. It has its own patio furniture seating for 6 people.
Towels and linen included
For those really small guests, we have a high chair, travel cot and microwave. Bedroom has Ipod station TV&DVD player. A large selection of DVDs are located in the lounge. Also a large selection of indoor and outdoor games.
An ideal centre from which to explore the Midlands, the Cotswolds and Shakespeare country with its rich tapestry of culture, superb country houses and gardens and lots of interesting things to do and see. The NEC and the NIA are easily accessible. Golf, horse riding, fishing and horse racing nearby. The well-known town of Stratford-upon Avon is 10 minutes away. Village shop 3 miles, a whole host of pubs can be found in the market town of Alcester with a wide variety of restaurants.

Located within our family farm, your balcony from your bedroom overlooks the Malvern Hills and picturesque surrounding farmland. We have Sheep pigs and chickens on the farm, your stay can be as hands off or hands on as you chose. Your private garden can be enjoyed with a glass of wine while the brook trickles by.
The Grain store has its own private patio area adjacent to the brook with aspect overlooking the Malvern Hills. There is a Fire bowl for outside cooking available from April to November. The patio is complimented by a lawned area and patio furniture. Ample off road parking. The farm is an excellent place for children with the chance to meet both sheep, chickens and pigs up close.
Outside play area including tyre swing, slide, monkey bars and Go-Cart.
For children there is a play park featuring a tyre swing, slide, monkey bars and a Go-Cart..

The property shares the unique micro climate of the Vale of Eversham, famous for its fruit growing region, the weather here is typically warmer and sunnier than other locations within the region. W are 20 mins from Worcester, 15 mins from Stratford and 30 mins from Warwick. The nearby village of Inkberrow and the Old Bull shares its location with the long running Radio 4 Archers series.

Just 15 mins From ~ Stratford-upon-Avon - the birthplace of William Shakespeare is steeped in culture and history. Set in the beautiful rural Warwickshire countryside, on the banks of the river Avon, it is one of the most important tourist destinations in the UK.
