Live the dream in this spacious, deluxe contemporary house in Poole Dorset. Wi-Fi and pet friendly. Sleeps 16: 6 bedrooms/2 en-suites/1 family bathroom/1 cloakroom.

Upon entry is a spacious hall, complete with a football table. Double doors lead off into a modern open-plan and well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and dining area which seats 12. There are 2 washer-dryers located in the separate utility room. The rear garden can be assessed from both the utility room and bi-fold doors from the kitchen. There is a paved patio area complete with table, chairs and a gas BBQ for those al fresco moments. The spacious lounge provides plenty of seating and includes 1 x double sofa bed. There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, Bedroom 1: 1 x single bed. Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed, 1 x double sofa bed. There is also a ground floor cloakroom. A curved staircase leads to Bedroom 3: 1 x king-size bed with en-suite shower room. Bedroom 4: 1 x king-size with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5: 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed. Bedroom 6: 2 x single beds. Separate family bathroom.

There is off-road parking for 4 vehicles which is accessed via a sliding electric security gate at the front of the property, with plenty of additional roadside parking.

This pet friendly house is furnished and finished to a high standard throughout, offering superior self-catering accommodation for all those who wish to experience living by the sea.

Please note that this house is for families ONLY and DOES NOT accept bookings for Hen and Stag parties.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
