Modern, spacious, secluded cottage with stunning views of Schiehallion south and Ben-a-chuallaich to the north. It is reached by a 2 mile access road making it wonderfully safe for children to explore all the magical attractions surrounding the house such as Fairy Mountain, the burn, tree and rock climbing and a fantastic tree swing. A wonderful retreat in a beautiful valley.

The cottage also benefits from all the numerous activities in the area including, boating/ fishing, tennis, bicycling and the nearest golf course is at Blair Atholl 12 miles away.

Ground floor has sitting room/TV room (videos/DVD only) furnished with 2 sofa beds and can easily be used as large children's room or additional double bedroom.

Large open plan kitchen/living room with Jetmaster open fire. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities and dining table seats up to 10, downstairs bathroom and bar/indoor barbecue room with Jetmaster barbecue and darts. Above the bar is a large 3 bed attic room with additional TV and DVD player.

First floor contains spacious Master bedroom with King Size bed and en-suite shower and two double rooms and further bathroom with shower over the bath.

Drive down the mystical access road through the wild forest and escape the city while watching wild birds and deer.

Enjoy the complete silence and the never ending views, climb munroes from the doorstep or simply just relax in
the walled garden. The property is surrounded by fields which make for good team sports there is a swing in the trees opposite and a burn nearby providing endless activities for children.

Why can't I call Fiona (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fiona (the owner) a message.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
