From the owner

Broad Iron Cottage is set on 100 acres of arable farm, converted from one of the original early Victorian farm buildings and comfortably sleeps four with one king bed and two singles. Downstairs is a shower room and upstairs is an en suite family bathroom with a shower over.

With a full kitchen including dishwasher and spacious living areas, Broad Iron Cottage offers a beautiful country getaway, with all the comforts of home.

There is a large, well maintained garden, shared with our larger cottage next door, each with individual covered patios. It has been a beautiful space for visitors to sit and relax or for children to play.

A 6 burner gas BBQ is available with gas provided. We simply ask that it be left in a clean working condition.

As parents and grandparents ourselves we understand the importance of child safety, child comfort and parental needs which is why we are happy to offer cot beds, high chairs and stair gates throughout the cottages, all available free on request. Also included are child plates, bowls and cutlery.

On site solar, battery storage and ground source heat generation provide much of the energy used to keep the lights on, the kettle boiled and your feet warm, produced from renewable sources right here at the farm.

Laundry facilities are provided free of charge in a utility room just opposite the cottage (15-20m away).

We are also happy to now offer high speed (75mb) broadband, perfect for Netflix, Zoom, gaming or work.

In the living room is a 50" Smart TV for streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV etc. You just need to log in with your details.

15 minutes from Worcester city and Evesham market town, with Pershore town just 5 minutes away for supplies as needed.

While one of us is usually on site at all times if you have any questions or queries, we do like to leave you to enjoy your time here in peace. You may well see us around the farmyard and we are happy to stop and chat or help you out in any way we can. How do damage deposits work?

If Jessica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
