Bayview has a delightful balcony for alfresco dining which looks out over the bay.
Penzance is a good base for exploring Lands End the Lizard Peninsula, St Michaels Mount and the old fishing ports Newlyn and Mousehole.Sea views across the bay and harbour, a short walk from the town centre, bus &
railway station. Setting the scene- From sun trapped decked area you can see St Michaels Mount. With miles of coastal walks and breath taking scenery on your door step.
Watch out for the dolphins swimming in the bay.

The integrated garage at the property can not accommodate a car. We always manage to park in the road near to the cottage. We've always managed to find a space nearby and it's very safe.

The rental period shall commence at 2.30 pm on the first day Sat and finish at 10.00am on the last day.Sat change over.
Tesco & Morrisons is just up the road. But if you dont fancy shopping, you can order on line from Tesco to deliver your shopping to the cottage.

Well behaved dog at additional charge of £20.00
Dogs are permitted if accompanied by a well behaved owner! They must be kept off furniture, never remain alone in the accommodation and leave no paw prints inside or out (On departure guests must clean up after their pet both inside the property and the outside). please remove excess hair and poop and scoop). Local kennels will accept dogs on a day basis if required in Marazion.
Please bring dog towels for your dog to be wiped down.
Sorry we are unable to take card payment - Payments only by cheque or bank transfer or Western Union payment.
The lead person booking the property is required to be 25yrs or over.
A non refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking with the full amount due 8 weeks before the start date.
A security damage deposit of £150 is required; this is refundable after satisfactory cottage inspection. This would be refunded within two weeks of your departure
Electricity ,bedding,towels and tea towels all supplied in the price.
Sorry we can only take weekly bookings and are unable to do short weekend breaks.

Penzance is situated in the West of Cornwall facing South across Mount's Bay and is only a stones throw away from Lands End.
The Outer harbour at Penzance is filled with yachts and pleasure boats whilst in the Inner harbour other vessels busily load and unload their goods.
Penzance boasts a wide variety of shops in its large shopping town. Most high street names can be found at Penzance as well as a variety of Cornish gift shops.
The view across Mounts Bay to St Michael's Mount (an island castle) is truly stunning - at low tide you can walk to St Michael's Mount from Marazion - a fleet of small ferries take you across to St Michael's Mount at other times.
Penzance has a wide variety of pubs and clubs to allow you to relax throughout the day and late into the night.
Other nearby interests include St Michael's Mount in Marazion, National Trust Gardens in Trereife, Trengwainton and Trewidden, Levant Tin Mine at Pendeen, The Barbara Hepworth Museum in St. Ives and Flambards in Helson amongst others.
