Apartment | 4 bedrooms | sleeps 8
loft living by the seaside - a luxury holiday apartment for eight plus
A large, spacious, modern, high-spec, four-bedroom apartment. White-walled, oak-floored, high-ceilinged, picture-windowed, with spectacular south-facing views of Mount's Bay — one of the world's largest natural bays.
A luxury base from which to explore the beaches, art and neolithic stones of England's far, far, far west.
Bright, light and airy. Sun-blessed from dawn to dusk. Watch the sun rise over the Lizard and St Michael's Mount — as you eat your breakfast. Watch it set over Penzance's Georgian old town — while playing pool or table tennis in the games room. Look down at the harbour from which the Pilgrim Fathers set off to a new life in America. Centrally located yet quiet and secluded from the bustle of the capital town of West Penwith. Accessible for all ages and fitness levels. Perfect for a large multi-generational family — at all times of year. Whatever the weather outside, days inside are warm, dry and bright. Space and room enough for everyone to both spend time together and enjoy the privacy to do their own thing. Very large open-plan main living space, with kitchen, dining and slouching areas. Four bedrooms. Three bathrooms. Games room. Separate TV space. Elegantly and distinctively furnished, in a stylish and colourful mix of contemporary, refurbished traditional and mid-20th century modernist.

The Cornwall region
West Cornwall is the most southerly and westerly part of the British Isles. Surrounded on three sides by 300 miles of wild and beautiful coastline, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Rare and exotic plants thrive in the mild maritime climate where it rarely snows or gets too hot in the summer. Lush valleys, crystal clear turquoise sea and white sand beaches, dramatic cliffs and wild heathland.
Penzance is a lively and pretty seaside town at the end of the railway line. There are restaurants serving great local produce, friendly bars, a farmers market, independent shops, parks, theatres and beaches. West Cornwall has a dynamic international art scene with many galleries and drop-in life classes. The towns and villages show Cornwall's long maritime and Celtic cultural history - King Arthur, the stone circles, ancient tin mines, tiny stone fishing harbours. There are arts festivals and events throughout the year with music, theatre and dance. The St. Ives, Helston, Mousehole, St. Just are all within easy reach. The Isles of Scilly is an archipelago of tiny islands 26 miles towards the south west in the Atlantic ocean, and they can be visited by plane or boat for the day or longer. Surfers come from everywhere, all year round. Great for walking, cycling, wind surfing, water sports, riding or just idling on the many white sand beaches. Free council tennis courts.
