River View is a delightful self catering three bedroom holiday home on the edge of Innerleithen in the beautiful Scottish Borders. We have a flexible approach to occupancy and will adjust our rates for 2, 4 or 6 guests.

Overlooking the River Tweed and the hills of the Southern Upland Way, River View sits on the outskirts of Innerleithen and is perfectly situated to take advantage of the many leisure and cultural activities available in and around the town. All rooms and deck have great views of the surrounding hills. River View is close to the famous 'Inners' downhill bike track and the cycle path to Glentress and Peebles.

Just a five-minute walk to local shops, bars and restaurants, the house makes a great base for walkers, mountain bikers, golfers, anglers and history and art lovers. As well as being surrounded by beautiful countryside, grand historic houses, stunning gardens and a wide variety of sporting facilities, River View is only 29 miles from the centre of Edinburgh, Scotland's magnificent capital city.

Ideal for groups of friends and families, the house sleeps two, four or six guests on the first floor in a double room and two twin rooms. The ground floor has a large entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and spacious shower room. For disabled guests (or infirm guests unable to manage stairs), River View has level access throughout the ground floor and the dining room can be rearranged to provide a bedroom with a full size double bed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send William (the owner) a message.

If William (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
