Bulmer Farm is set amidst the beautiful Surrey Hills an area of outstanding natural beauty. the 'cottage' is converted from the old farm building and although comfortable and inviting retains many original features and beams.

Relax on many and varied country walks, via some good local pubs, or take day trips to London, or the south coast. The area also has many National Trust properties and Gardens such as Wisley to visit.

The cottage has recently been refurbished with new bathroom and kitchen areas. It has an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area fully fitted with full oven, hob, microwave and Free view TV/DVD players. Foxholme has a twin bedroom and a double bedroom - sleeping 4.

The accommodation was good and clean but no hot water for 4 showers (2 bedroom cottage), no WIFI and a poor functioning television and remote control

Thank you for your review. We strive to provide welcoming farmhouse type accommodation that befits the idyllic surrounding area. This unfortunately comes at a price as far as Wifi is concerned as signals can be weak in certain areas of the farm. We are due to carry out upgrades in the near future and so your comments are very helpful. We are pleased however, that generally the accommodation and standard of cleanliness were to your liking.

As you mentioned the business has been in operation here at the farm for over 25 years and we took over 4 years ago, it is our aim to provide comfortable accommodation in rural surroundings and we are committed to continuing with the refurbishment that was started in 2007. We hope to be able to welcome you back at some stage in order for you to enjoy any changes that may have been made.

Why can't I call Sue (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue (the owner) a message.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
