The Coach house offers home from home comfort, tastefully decorated to reflect the period of this former Coach House, the property benefits from a vaulted oak beamed Ceiling to the dining room with stunning Spiral Staircase to the first floor Bedroom.There are three double bedrooms to the property each with DVD and digital flat screen TV the Master upstairs bedroom has its own en-suite with Bath and WC, with the two bedrooms downstairs sharing a separate Shower and WC.The lounge has a large flat screen TV with seating for 6 persons.
The salt water hot tub is available for your own personal use at an additional cost of £150 per stay. We empty the hot tub and refill it for each party coming in. The price includes 1200 litres of water, refill of salt and enough Kw of electricity to heat it. Providing you replace the cover and turn off the jets when it is not in use you will not run out of your allocated amount of electric units. Because we have other guests on the farm by replacing the cover after use it keeps everyone safe. Children must be accompanied. We have chosen a chemical free Hot tub which is in line with our green policy. It is a fantastic place to sit at night watching the stars.
Set in surrounding farm land, this retreat makes the most of its open countryside, offering views of the Malvern Hills with their superb evening sunsets, breeding buzzards nest in the surrounding hedgerow and pheasant and partridge together with deer are common to the surrounding fields.The Village of Inkberrow (one of the villages used in the Radio4 Archers series) with the old Bull and Village shop, is just 2 miles from the Farm, The Roman Market Town of Alcester hosts a range of Traditional Pubs and Inns together with local shops and Tea & Coffee Rooms.The Neighbouring Ragley Estate home to the 9th Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford and their four children. Occupies most of the surrounding farmland, this is hosts The CLA Game Fair and many seasonal events throughout the year.Farming Seasonal activities by arrangement including lambing, shearing, cherry and mushroom picking- Air rifle shooting subject to availability.

We also have two other properties called the Granary and Shepherds View each sleep 8 & 6 so capacity could be taken up to a further 12 persons. This makes Oaks Barn Farm the ideal location for larger groups of up to 20 persons. At the point of booking 50% deposit is required, the balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday. Due to the quiet location a car is necessary.

For those really small guests, we have a high chair, travel cot and microwave. A large selection of DVDs are located in the lounge. Also a large selection of indoor and outdoor games.
Disabled facilities details: Once you have entered the property via one step to the front door facilities are mainly on one level apart from one double en-suite bedroom upstairs. The shower has also got one step into it. It would be difficult to accommodate a wheel chair user due to the gravel outside and the standard door widths to the bathroom and bedrooms.

The coach house has its own private patio which features a log burner with settee(outside lounge), for those cosy evenings in. Other outdoor equipment includes patio table, chairs, barbecue and outdoor sound system. The patio is complimented by a lawned area. Ample off road parking. The farm is an excellent place for children with the chance to meet both sheep, chickens and pigs up close. Outside play area including tyre swing, slide, monkey bars + Games Box.
