Apartment is fully equipped with no extras. Owners are adjacent to assist with useful advice and information on making the most of your holiday in Perthshire

Due to historic nature of the property there is no wheelchair access there are 8 steps and handrail to the ground floor.
The bathroom is bath with shower as we believe after a busy day and if you have children both it is essential.
There is enough crockery and cutlery for guests however do not accept more staying over than specified due to insurance. We love dogs however cannot accept them in the apartment and it is a no smoking please.
As we are designers the apartment is an example of our work with full lighting control, full multi room audio and home cinema, you only need to press a button to illuminate specific areas and set the scene for pleasure, dining etc. We have a low energy lighting and try to maintain a low carbon footprint, we recycle as much as we can.

There is on street parking , which is free. Private access is off a side street in the traditional market town. There is a area outside suitable for bikes and prams which is off street. There is also a BBQ Available
Local facilities offer all sports swimming and spa treatments, which are all withing walking distance

Conditions
20% non refundable deposit on booking, balance due 4 weeks in advance. All breakages or damage must be reported immediately and are charged at replacement cost. Guests are advised to take out holiday insurance. Full terms and conditions are on our website

Perthshire is a wonderful location with Museums, Galleries and Castles on you doorstep. Doors open days take you to locations rarely seen there is also Galleries open day where you can visit artists in the own workshops. Historic Scotland has many locations locally. Perth is great for shopping dining or just enjoying a bustling city. Off the beaten track there are rural locations which can take you back a century or two. Visit a roman legions grave or the oldest yew tree in the world. Picnic on a roman fort, climb a turret, fight an imaginary battle or two, be in for adults of children there is modern and historical interests for all the family.
The Crieff area
Crieff is the traditional Capital of Strathearn, this ancient market town in historically of interest as this was the traditional meeting place of the ancient cattle drovers who met here annually to trade cattle. Bonnie Prince Charlie spent time here plotting! A Spa town famous for its Breweries, Distilleries, Crieff Aerated Water and Hydro. Our Victorian Macrosty Park has recently invested over £1 million and has wonderful facilities for all the family. We have many attractions, Drummond Castle, Auchingarroch Wildlife Park, Ceramic Experience, the Famous Grouse Distillery, Caithness Glass and Crieff Visitor Centre as well as many walks, rambles and a few hills to climb. The local facilities include Swimming Pool, Sport facilities and Golfing. Our Monthly Farmers Market is a delight and there are many local specialist Shops and Fabulous restaurants to ensure all your holiday expectations are met. Spa treatments can be arranged locally.

Crieff is Centrally located and is serviced by two airports closest is Edinburgh which is only a 40 minute drive and Glasgow only an hour away. Our local train stations are Perth, Stirling, Bridge of Allan, Gleneagles and local service buses are regular. We can arrange local Taxi services to transfer you to our apartment, prices are on request.
