Barn | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 2
Sleeps comfortably 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. Additional guests may be accommodated if agreed prior to booking. All walking families are free to contact us.We welcome artists, writers and meditators to enjoy our newly converted barn all self contained.
A beautiful converted barn/out building in the heart of the Peak District. We started this family letting this year and have been so amazed with how many bookings and repeat bookings we have had. People have commented that once this little gem has been discovered people will return each year.
A friendly family home next door with gorgeous gardens and flowers.
The River Dove and Wolfscote Dale is 20 minutes away on foot. Hartington is 1.5 mile away with local shops, pubs and cheese.
If you want to get away from it all and retreat to the country this is the place for you.
Walkers, artists and mountain bike riders most welcome. The Barn is situated directly on route 54 of the National Cycle Network and there are 3 cycle trails within 3 miles of the property.
It is also very suitable for small families.
This is a newly built very warm artist studio. If you would like to paint, take photos or even meditate please contact Jan.
You can find us else where for more information. Thanks Tuyet Ramzy
To find us our post code is SK17 0DJ drive through Biggin from the A515 past the Waterloo pub, round a bad bend and you get to a junction, that's Harding lane turn right and you will see a converted barn facing you. That's us. Any problems call the land line. Please remember only Orange (EE) network works in our area. You can get other networks on the A515 - top road.
Once you stay here we are confident you will want to return again and again.
Strictly No Smoking.
This is a child friendly barn. We welcome children and young babies. We can provide a travel cot and high chair on request. Please contact in advance. We would prefer 3 nights min but will accept 2 nights especially if short notice.
We ask that you check in at 3pm and please check out at 11am so that my mum can clean in the day light ready for the next guests. Many thanks for this.
Please note you have internet WiFi in the barn, but there is no mobile phone reception unless you are on Orange (EE). Most of our guests have said they love the fact they can leave the phone alone and have a break.
Once you have checked out please let me have your PayPal email details so that I can refund the deposit asap.
Thank you and enjoy your stay!
