Creeksea Place Barns consists of 8 luxury holiday lets in a beautifully converted Essex barn. When rented as a whole, Creeksea Place Barns can sleep up to 35 people in total. Guests also have exclusive use of the grounds, the paddock, the courtyard, the picnic and play area, the covered outside decking space and the lake area.
Each barn is unique and stylish and features its own living area, so guests are able to spend time together, but also retreat to their own spaces in smaller groups. When booked exclusively, Creeksea Place Barns is ideal for large groups of friends or family, hen parties, birthday parties, bridal and wedding parties and corporate team building events.
Each unit can also be rented individually for smaller groups (please see other adverts for a description of each unit).
Creeksea Place Barns is located on a picturesque farm just outside the coastal town of Burnham on Crouch in Essex. It has beautiful views of the river and access to a variety of footpaths. London is within 1 hour by direct train.

Creeksea Place Barns is located on a working farm and consists 100 acres of arable land. The farm houses a friendly flock of sheep, 3 miniature ponies, and a few boisterous pigs! The site also features a popular fishing lake, stocking carp. Visitors to Creeksea Place Barns can enjoy a relaxing day of fishing or spend time feeding the animals! There is also a play area with climbing frame and swing set for children, and a table tennis table for all!

Beautiful countryside within 1 hour of London!
Essex is a largely rural county dotted with pretty villages and beautiful farmland. Essex is steeped in history and there are a great variety of historical sites to visit in the county including Anglo Saxon, Medieval, Roman and Tudor architecture. Essex has one of the longest coastlines of any county in England. Its network of coastal footpaths, rivers and estuaries attract walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers every year.
Essex is within 1 hour of London by train, and is within 2 hours drive of the cities of Oxford, Cambridge, Brighton and Canterbury.

Creeksea Place Barns is located on a picturesque farm just outside the town of Burnham on Crouch in Essex. The site features a popular fishing lake and has access to a variety of coastal footpaths. Creeksea Place Barns is within a 10 minute walk of Burnham on Crouch train station with direct routes to London, and Creeksea golf and sailing clubs are just down the road!
Burnham on Crouch
Burnham on Crouch is a historical, riverside town, often referred to as the 'Cowes of the East Coast' due to the popularity of sailing in the area. In August during 'Burnham Week' sailing enthusiasts converge from all over the country on the 15 mile stretch of water from the town to the open sea. The riverside walk has numerous nautical attractions and the quayside is lined with beautiful old houses. Burnham on Crouch has a range of excellent pubs and restaurants, and the town centre is well served with convenience stores and interesting shops.
Walking and Cycling
Creeksea Place Barns has access to a range of beautiful coastal footpaths for walking and cycling. Enjoy views of the River Crouch, explore the countryside, or walk into town for a drink at the pub!
Sailing and Golf
Creeksea Sailing Club and Burnham on Crouch Golf Club are within walking distance of Creeksea Place Barns. Burnham on Crouch Golf Club is a Members club. The main course is a Parkland type with 18 holes over 6056 yards, with a par of 70. Creeksea Sailing Club provides excellent launching facilities on the River Crouch, away from the mass moorings off Burnham. The club is affiliated with the RYA and has a boathouse with changing area, toilets and showers.
