“Just perfect!!” This place is amazing, 15 of us spent a week here for a 60th Birthday celebration. The house is huge, but still maintains a cosy feeling because of all of the rooms. The kitchen dining area is a perfect entertainment space and we spent a lot of time there, but the other rooms are so lovely too, nice spaces to watch TV, play games or just curl up with a book. We had table football tournaments, pool tournaments and also enjoyed chess and connect 4. We were aged from 7 to 60 and there was something for everyone! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and all of a very high quality. Bedrooms are gorgeous with very comfy beds and lovely linen. Bathrooms, very high standard with complimentary toiletries. We lit the outside fire a couple of nights and it was so lovely sitting around it. I can't recommend New Yatt Farm highly enough, it really was perfect for us all. We were all sorry to leave and definitely hope to return. Finally, Alan was so helpful, leading up to our stay and during, please don't change anything about this place you can't improve on perfection!

“Very snug terraced cottage in lovely Cotswold village” We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Although it was cold due to the time of year, they provided the necessary heating appliances to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is small but perfectly functional and we'll stocked with appliances and equipment. Friendly owners living nextdoor. They left a bottle of Wine and some milk to welcome us. You do have to park your car around the corner after unloading and you also need to beware of steep stairs and low threshold to the bathroom and kitchen from the stairs. Altogether though a lovely stay in a nice part of the country. There is a nice shop with café on the corner and past the church there is a quality food shop. We would consider staying there again, hopefully with warmer drier weather.

“A very enjoyable stay” We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks here. The location is excellent with great countryside and much to see, and the cottage is comfortable and well equipped. We loved the beautiful garden. Fiona and Glenn are very good hosts - friendly and helpful - and their cat Milo visited daily to check all was well. All in all an excellent fortnight.

“It has all we needed.” We stayed there for 3 nights and were happy with everything we found. Instructions on check-in were given as soon as all payment was made. And all my enquires were answered quickly. It was a little surprising that the key would be left in the door for us, but that's not a problem. It's a very quiet place with nice views out of the window. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. My little boy liked climbing on each and every settee. Racing on daddy's shoulder with the horse was one of his favourite games. From there, we went to Thame, Bicester and had a good time. We didn't like the road leading to the farm. The roads though Littleworth were hard work too, very narrow, bendy and hilly with parked cars on the sides. I would recommend this holiday rental as a base for exploring the countryside and cities nearby, a from home to home experience.

“A superb visit to Little Beeches” A very satisfactory visit to Little Beeches. This is a very comfortable excellent accommodation. We were able to arrange a lunch for four guests with sufficient cutlery, glass and chairs to sit down. Sues attention to detail was outstanding. Well done.

“Homely, modern and perfect location.” After a warm welcome from Shahid who gave a good overview of all the relevant workings of the apartment, what a pleasure it was to relax in a true home away from home! Perfectly appointed kitchen, comfortable couch, and a proper sized dining table that I could work from! The apartment is walking distance to Henley town, and with a dedicated car space at your doorstep. I will be recommending the apartment to my friends when they're in Henley!

“Simple and elegant” We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is really so clean and nice. Everything is simple but yet elegant. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was a pot with beautiful daffodils on the table, I really liked them. It was a kind gesture from the owners to provide some milk for the children in the fridge. The freezer also was full with a very delicious icecream. Beautiful views from all the windows in the flat. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Really quiet place I could only hear the sound of the birds outside which was really pleasant. The owners are very nice and cooperative. Really nice experience. We would sure recommend it to anyone visiting Oxford. THANKS ALOT.

“Truly wonderful apartment to stay in within walking distance of Oxford” Our recent stay in this lovely apartment was truly wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, well decorated and contains everything you would need. All is to the highest standard. We had gorgeous weather and to be able to sit and eat outside was very much appreciated. The apartment is located in a lovely quiet area but is still within walking distance of Oxford.
