“Absolutely perfect holiday home” First of all I would like to thank the owner of the holiday home for making the booking so easy and straightforward, emails were answered quickly and clearly. Secondly, the house was just perfect, it had everything we needed. We loved the garden for a safe place for the children to play and for the adults to relax and sunbathe on the deckchairs. The location of the property is fantastic, the beach is on the doorstep and we were so pleased to discover an area of green grass with a children's playground 2 minutes away. Inside the house everything was clean and kitchen was well equipped. We loved the two sitting rooms, so there was plenty of place for everyone to sit and the sky tv was a big bonus. All in all, would definitely recommend to families with children and for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Finally, would like to say that Karen the house manager is really friendly and helpful and definitely helped to make us feel that we were being looked after and if we would have any problems we had someone close by to sort it out.

“4 Elmstead Gardens - West Wittering” This was our second year staying at the property and it’s just fantastic. Perfect size for a family of 4 but with the extra room can comfortably house 6 people. It’s incredibly clean and beautifully maintained, everything has been thought of including an info pack, buckets and spades, games (both kids & adults) books, BBQ and a welcome hamper The house is in the perfect location for the beach (2 min drive or 10 min walk) and the amenities of East Wittering (5 min drive) The owner Tony was very communicative and dealt with a minor issue in a very timely and professional manner Don’t want to oversell the property for fear of not being able to find availability for summer 2019 but we will certainly be back.

“Excellent cottage for a couple” Mill Cottage was a beautiful little cottage. Very clean with good facilities. a conformable living room, great bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. I would highly recommend this cottage to a couple that would like to stay in the area. The owners left tea and coffee and even bought some milk so that we could have a drink when we arrived

“Lovely spacious well equipped holiday home.” A fantastic holiday rental that have everything you could possibly need whilst away in beautiful Selsey. Lovely spacious place with lovely people and very dog friendly. The owners are great very accommodating and have equipped their home to cater from very young child to the more mature person. Enjoy early morning beach walks or just relax in the garden summer house in the evening. Loads of historical places to visit crazy golf and aqua park nearby too also Brighton Portsmouth and Bognor only a short distance away. Once you’ve visited selsey you will fall in love with the place and not want to leave. Will defo be booking another break here very soon.

“Perfectly located desirable family holiday home” The location of Ocean Views is so good with its closeness to the beach and the childrens play area, both a stones throw away.Much thought has been given to the interior design of the house which provides ideal family accommodation. The large lounge area on the first floor is not only extremely spacious but provides stunning sea views.There are also a number of good eating places within a reasonable walking distance.
