Lilybank offers luxury self-catering accommodation for up to 8 people set in 4 bedrooms. There is a fully equipped Kitchen and utility room with ample room to accommodate a mix of ages. In breathtaking country surroundings on the North-East Coast of Scotland, Lilybank affords ample opportunity to experience the best of all that Scotland has to offer. World class walking, hiking, fishing and golf courses are all within easy reach, so guests will never be stuck for something to do or see.

Walkers can head off to the Angus Glens or coastal paths, where walkers of all abilities will enjoy the scenery. There are castles, nature reserves, historic villages and stately homes to visit, or head to the beaches, cliffs and harbours of Aberdeenshire and Angus coastline.

With all of Scotland's cities within 2 hours drive, Lilybank is the ideal location for touring Scotland.
Golfing outings can be arranged for you in advance as we have access to many excellent competition quality courses.

“Fabulous house, highly recommended”

We had a brilliant stay at this fabulous house. Amazing views, in a peaceful location and with plenty to do round about. There was plenty space for us all in the house which was spotlessly clean for our arrival. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need - Rosie and David have thought of everything. I would highly recommend staying here. Many thanks, I hope that we will be back soon

Fabulous house for a family get together. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed at a very high standard. We had a great time , beach is nearby and the views are stunning.

Fantastic 4 bdr house with excellent kitchen,fantastic views and wonderful helpful owners who live nearby but are available ,not obtrusive. David and Rossie could not have been nicer. We're helpful in giving suggestions on dining, golf etc. you can rest assured this house is clean, first class and well appointed.

What a great find in the country. The owners were great and so accommodating! Lilybank is lovely, spacious and of a good standard. It was perfect for our extended family holiday. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful home with amazing views. The home was fully equipped and kid friendly with plenty of space for everyone. Grocery stores were not far and also plenty of restaurants. There were many things locally to explore like St. Cyrus beach, Dunnattor castle, and only a few hours drive to the highlands, and Edinburgh (so many great places, I can't list them all). We were there for a week and could have definitely stayed longer. Rosie and her husband were very helpful and accommodating, thank you for such a wonderful stay!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rosie (the owner) a message.

If Rosie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
