Stay at one of the best locations in Arbroath!

This is a lovely flat that has newly been created after upgrading the ground floor of this landmark building. Located at Arbroath Harbour/Marina. [The yellow building with red door in photos.]

The accommodation is of a very good standard comprising: large lounge, kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms.

This flat on ground level and with no steps to climb!

This can result in restricted views due to parked vehicles.

Fully disabled accessible with a wet room shower facility.

Although having everything you need to make lovely meals of your own the town of Arbroath provides many opportunities to eat out.

The location of this property will make your holiday perfect as there are 2 quality restaurants, 2 quality fish and chip shops as well as an Ice cream shop and Chinese take away within 100yds!

Don't forget the world renowned Arbroath Smokies which are sold from several locations nearby "a world-class delicacy".

Harbour Haven 2 was very comfortable and clean and in a superb location. Everything you needed for your stay was available. We have made friends with some of the locals who are very friendly and welcoming. Chip Shop, Chineese and a pub on the corner with a view to match couldnt have asked for a better setting. Will be booking for next year and looking forward to it can only thank the owners for such a beautifaul place to stay.

Right on the harbor. Clean. Well equipped. Exactly as the pictures. Tastefully decorated. The greatest complement I can give is that if I ever stay in Arbroath again, I’ll stay here.
