This modern stylish lodge is in the village of Balmedie near Aberdeen in Scotland and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.Chance Inn Lodge is a modern stylish lodge in the village of Balmedie near Aberdeen in Scotland. The lodge sleeps six people in three bedrooms, made up of two king-size doubles with en-suite facilities and a twin which is zip/link and can be super king-size on request with en-suite facilities as well as a separate shower room. The lodge also contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility and a first floor mezzanine sitting room. To the outside of the lodge is ample off road parking and a gravelled garden with lawned area and private patios for each bedroom with furniture. Situated in stunning countryside, Chance Inn Lodge is a lovely property to enjoy at any time of the year.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 5 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Ample off road parking. Gravelled garden with lawned area, private patios for each bedroom with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and coast 2 miles. Please NOTE: No Stag/Hens or similar parties.

Town: This village is situated to the north of the city of Aberdeen and hugs the shoreline of the North Sea. With its beach and pretty sand dunes the area is very popular with visitors and wildlife spotters. The village itself has good local facilities with a small supermarket and selection of shops. The Balmedie Beach & Country Park is open all the year round and provides a children's play area and picnic areas along with the wide and very clean beach.
