“Amazing place, amazing people” We went to pear tree Lodge for Christmas and it was a truly magical holiday. It was a stunning place to stay, the accommodation was incredible, and we loved the hot tub! The owners made all sorts of special extras like mulled wine and mice pies when we arrived. It was that special that my boyfriend proposed to me and I said yes!! We will have some very special memories of this holiday thanks for making it amazing

“Getaway” Excellent little cottage, well kept, clean and cosy. Excellent spot to get away from it all. Location fantastic, within easy reach of local seaside resorts. Stairs are a little on the steep/narrow side but other than that can not fault it. Ownervery helpful nothing too much trouble.

“Perfect location” The views of the minster are stunning and really couldn't be better. The location is perfect for exploring the town which is full of historic buildings, and for the surrounding Yorkshire Wolds which are my favourite unexplored corner of England. The apartment was clean and gorgeously decorated, and the welcome was very friendly. In short I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone for the perfect break or long holiday.

“Cosy and comfortable cottage with a lovely enclosed/secure back garden area.” Ideally located for the historic town of Beverly, with all it has to offer, just a short walk away. Ideal for dogs because of the enclosed and secure garden. Lovely, comfortable base from which to explore and nicely situated for a great walk along the beck with the dogs. Many thanks to Lynn for the Christmas decorations which really gave a festive feel to our stay!
