“A fantastic Warm and welcoming holiday home, perfect for fishing” My husband and I stayed at rainbows end brundall on 12th September 2020, it was a lovely find ( the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow ) every thing we needed was there, Rainbows end was warm, cosy and relaxing and we didn’t want to leave. My husband had a great week fishing from the garden. Can’t wait to go back to this little Gem.

“Fabulous cottage!” The communication and directions were good. The location perfect for our 2 boys and dogs, with the beach, pub,2 well stocked local shops all within easy walking distance. The cottage itself was decorated beautifully with good quality bedding, towels and kitchen appliances. The small garden would have been great if the weather had been kinder. The few toys and games available were most welcome and helped to keep the children occupied. Bananagrams is a family favourite! Our family have had the best half term holiday at Sea Holly Cottage!

“Long weekend in sunny Norfolk” Fantastic house perfect for access to the Hunstanton beach and also local amenities (Great family pub, Tesco superstore and beachfront activities). The house was immaculate and immediately felt like a home away from home which was our greatest need with a 20 month old toddler - with a washer, dishwasher, microwave, highchair, two stair gates and a fantastic TV we were set up for a great weekend from the start. Lots of lovely Norfolk villages and beaches only a short drive away and with all the locals being so friendly, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you Jenny and Jon!

“Just wonderful location and house.” Comfortable house. Nice to have a small garden about us. Parked out in road as a bit easier as car is big. Lovely walks to beach at Happisburgh, cliff top. East Runton Old Vicarage garden was wonderful and lunch good. Endless beaches. Interesting coastal defences vary from beach to beach. Steep slopes at Mundesley and Overstrand but both worth the effort.

“A great dog-friendly beach retreat” Bacton? - Why would you? Not for the scenery nor the entertainment but for a great relaxed beach stay. The beach is so close you can hear the waves from the chalet at high tide and it provides a lovely place to stroll with the dogs at the end of a hard day bathing at the dunes in Winterton. We decided not to self cater this time (I needed a rest) so we had Chinese across the road the first night. Breakfast at Sugar and Spice (less than 10 minutes walk) and we were set for a day of exploring. We found a lovely place to eat at Priory Maze and gardens, NR26 8SF. Dinner at The Lighthouse Inn NR12 0PE provided fresh dressed crab salad and sea bass and friendly service. A trip out to The Gunton Arms, NR11 8TZ for a little refreshment. Situated in a deer park I have not seen so many deer in one place. This is why Rowena Cottage is the place to stay. A clean and comfortable base to return to after enjoying the best Norfolk has to offer. We loved the way the dogs could relax in the garden whilst we enjoyed our evening G&T on the patio close by. This is why you'd come to Bacton. Enjoy :-)

“Location, must be the best on the river, and the improvements have been great.” Southover,, At Wroxham in the summer why go overseas, all the facilities on hand, We must not forget the boat which provided as part of the package,a trip to the Waterside in the evening for a jar or two-superb. Another good holiday at Southover, and we have booked again for 2019.
